With the week of Thanksgiving upon us, it is important to reflect on just how much we have in our lives. Even when the chips seem to be down, there is always something to be grateful for in our lives. Some call it feeling blessed. It’s a very good place to come from - and keeps us emotionally healthy too.
Here at Bauman Engraving & Signs, we have had our best year yet in terms of sales, customer satisfaction, and timely deliveries. We’ve gained new customers, some of them large accounts. All despite the challenges thrown our way in this last year or more that pertain to economic and logistics concerns. We are thankful for having such great people at BES that enjoy working here every day, that believe in the point of the place and always put their best foot forward, as well as having great suppliers and shipping partners that facilitate near on-time delivery that we need to satisfy our customers.
In the past year we have had to pivot slightly to ensure that there are timely deliveries of the supplies we need to process your orders, while maintaining our high-quality and efficient standards in our production area. We’ve learned new processes. We maintain our equipment to always operate optimally, including our workstations. Every person here at BES plays an important role in making this place function. I am so grateful to have such a great group of team members that enjoy their job and believe in our business. They are truly the best at what they do.
Most importantly, we are SO thankful for YOU – our very valued customer. Without you we wouldn’t be here. We look forward to continuing our great business partnership with you!
